While I hope and pray that nobody reading this blog ever has to deal with is neglect and abuse, please know that these things happen even in the most expensive of private pay facilities.  Sadly, I say this from first hand experience.  If your gut tells you something isn’t quite right, chances are, something isn’t quite right.  Never, ever underestimate your instincts.
