ALZ in the spotlight at SXSW

sxswExciting news today from the annual SXSW Interactive Festival in Austin.

In the annual Accelerator competition, Neurotrack, a web-based tool said to be capable of diagnosing ALZ well in advance of initial symptoms, was named the most innovative online health technology of 2013. It uses a computer-based recognition memory test with eye tracking, and developers are hopeful it will enable researchers to target qualified candidates for clinical trials and ultimately diagnose patients early enough to begin treatment before the damage is done.
