Little Update + The Dreaded Holidays…

Mom has had a rough couple of days, but was peacefully asleep on the sofa when I got there after work tonight. She woke up long enough to smile, give me a kiss, and let me give her some juice, but she was very groggy. A friend generously gave me a like-new walker, so I took that over. She wasn’t up at all tonight, but we’ll see if she has any interest in using it tomorrow… Here’s hoping.

November is National Family Caregivers Month

Not only is it the month we turn back the clocks, enjoy an extra hour of sleep, and look forward to an overabundance of food on Thanksgiving, it’s also National Family Caregiver Month

Super Sunday

Aside from the fact that she looks like prize fighter that just stepped out of the ring, Mom was great today. Really happy, fun mood. One silly face after another! I laughed just about the entire time I was with her!!
