An interesting new concept has hit Columbus; it combines independent apartment living with personalized home care services. Avondale, a National Church Residences community, just opened in the Dublin/Hilliard area.

I happened to be in the area a few weeks ago and the impressive complex caught my eye, but I didn’t realize what it was until seeing this piece on the local news.

Barely open and all of the apartments are full, with plans for more units on the horizon!
